Carbon Filters
Please note, when purchasing carbon filters for your extractor fans, make sure that you match the filters air movement with your fans air movement. GSH Retail Ltd will not be responsible for any mistakes made by customers and will not refund or replace any filters bought and opened under these circumstances!
If in doubt, ask a trained member of staff and they will help you with your query.
Please note also: If you have purchased a carbon filter we cannot accept returns on carbon products that have been opened or used, this is due to the carbon within the filters, because when activated the carbon begins to degrade and the filters are more susceptible to damage, be It in your grow room or in transit.
Here at GSH Retail Ltd we stress that you choose the right product for your requirements, and if you are unsure our experienced staff will be more than happy to help you choose the right product for your requirements so you can get the best and most use out of your product.
Returns
Any item that is delivered but unwanted can be returned within 28 days, and this will be at your own cost. We are happy to arrange the collection of the item as long as it's still in the original packaging and perfect condition. Any items being returned which are not in the original packaging will be subject to a repacking fee of 20% of the order value.
GSH Retail Ltd Barnsley and GSH Retail Ltd Sheffield are seperate entities, any item purchased at one of the stores can only be returned to the respective store it was purchased from. Items purchased at GSH Retail Ltd Barnsley CANNOT be returned to GSH Retail Ltd Sheffield and vice versa.
