Shipping Costs

Green Spirit Ltd charge a flat rate of £8 for delivery (Unless stated otherwise), please note that customers ordering from: Ireland, the Scottish highlands, the Isle of White, or from the Channel Islands may be charged an additional shipping fee and will be called to take an over the phone payment for the extra delivery charge providing a working telephone number has been left during the ordering process. If we cannot contact the customer via the telephone number provided then we will send an email explaining the circumstances, if we do not receive a reply from our contact over a pre determined period of time then the order will be cancelled and the monies will be refunded.

Large orders of mutiple large items may be subject to an extended shipping fee, this will be discussed with customers. To avoid unknowing additional fees, contact us before your order if you think your order may require additional shipping charges.

International Shipping 

Prospective international customers who wish to place an order with us must first send an e-mail to us to gain a full quote, which will include accurate shipping costs - please email info@greenspirit-hydroponics.com with the EXACT products you require including quantities and sizes as well as your shipping address and a working contact telephone number (in addition, your countries dialing code) and we will get back in touch with you promptly with a full quote for your order and shipping.

Delivery Times

We aim to ship all orders received BEFORE 12:00pm, to be sent out for next day delivery, orders that are placed AFTER 12.00pm will be sent the following day that the order was received. All products that are out of stock are ordered on a weekly basis, so if an order contains products that are out of stock the order will be shipped once the items are back in stock, customers will be kept informed about the process of their order on a regular basis.

Weekend and Bank Holiday Delivery Times

Deliveries before weekends and bank holidays, if placed before 1pm the day before the weekend or bank holiday, will be sent on the same day. Any order after 1pm will be dispatched the day after the weekend or the bank holiday. Our courier service does not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

Delivery notification

When your order is booked in for delivery, our courier service TNT will send an email (if an email address is provided) to let you know when your item will be delivered. You will also receive notification some time afterwards from ourselves notifying you of the same thing. If your order is booked in for shipping Monday - Thursday, you will receive your items the next day. 

All orders shipped are track able and will require signature on receipt, all orders are also packaged and wrapped discreetly.

Lost parcel

If in the event TNT loses one of your parcels, we will send a replacement of the items to yourself and claim the costs of the loss from TNT. If an investigation is taking place, please allow up to 5 working days for the investigation to take place before we replace the items.

Returns & Replacements

Cancellation and returns 
Where products supplied by the Company are manufactured to the particular specification of the Purchaser, the Purchaser does not have the right to cancel. Mistakes made by the Purchaser when ordering cannot be used as reasons to cancel the order. If an error is made by the Company, the Purchaser should contact the Company within three working days by email or telephone and make arrangements to return the goods, at which point the Company will offer the choice of a refund or replacement. If such an error has been made the Company will also seek to compensate the Purchaser for any costs incurred in returning the goods to the Company. Where goods are not returned, the Company reserves the right to charge for the direct recovery of goods which may be equal or greater than the initial order value. 

Late or non-delivery 
The Company will make every effort to deliver your goods within a specified time. The Purchaser will be informed of an expected date on or within two working days of, the time of order. If the goods have not been delivered to the specified location within 30 days of order, then the Purchaser should contact the Company by email or telephone, and may claim a refund if necessary. Where the Company has informed the Purchaser of delays and a subsequent delivery time which exceeds 30 days, the Purchaser may choose to accept this delivery date, or claim a refund.

Carriage charges
Cost of carriage is to be paid for by the Purchaser at the time of order. The Company reserves the right to choose the mode of transport and to charge for deliveries at a rate relevant to the time and cost in undertaking such a delivery. 

Loss or damage in transit 
Any times quoted for dispatch, repair or replacement are to be treated as estimates only and time shall not be of the essence. The Company shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever arising as a result of any delay. Delivery shall occur on dispatch or collection of the goods from the Company's premises by carrier whether or not the carrier is the Company's agent or servant. Unless otherwise agreed in writing the Company shall deliver the goods to the address specified in the Purchaser's order. Risk in the goods shall pass to the Purchaser on delivery or collection. Save as expressly provided in these conditions, all terms, conditions, representations and warranties (whether expressly or implied) relating to the sale of goods are excluded and the goods are not sold by description or sample.
