VitaLink Easy Grow – Hard Water and Soft Water

VitaLink Easy Grow is a fantastic growth nutrient designed specifically for use with clay pebble, perlite or rockwool based growing mediums.

When growing with hydroponic mediums it is extremely important to use a nutrient solution tailored to your specific needs. Not all mediums require the same nutrient balances as otherss, that's why VitaLink's Easy range was designed for optimal nutrient balance when used with clay pebbles, perlite and rockwool.

VitaLink Easy Grow also features a number of extra essential nutrients for your plants such as Vitamin B1 which aids in root growth and improves the health of your plants, Humic Acid, which promotes the uptake  and transportation of minerals and Fulvic Acid which improves the absorption capacities of your plants' roots.

Hard water is much richer in minerals such as Calcium and Magnesium than soft water, it is important to use the right feeds for your water type. One easy way to tell if you live in a hard water area is check for white chalky residue on your showerhead, kettle or sinks, this is limescale and means you live in a hard water area. If you still don't know you can also purchase a water test kit at any major home store.
