Controlling the temperature is an important part of hydroponic gardening and it can be easily accomplished with an acoustic fan that is hooked up to a hydroponic thermostat. The thermostat will regulate when the fan runs so that the grow room does not become too hot from the heat of the grow lights or too cold for the plants to grow properly.
If it is not possible for a thermostat to be hooked up, hydroponics temperature control is still quite manageable with a little extra work. After taking temperature readings in the grow room at different times throughout the day for several days, hydroponic timers can be installed to turn the fan on during the time of day when it is needed and off when it is not needed. By properly regulating the hydroponic ventilation in the grow room, the plants will be able to use the carbon dioxide from the room more easily.
