Delivery
We always contact customers to inform them of a delivery date. If you cannot accept delivery for any reason please inform us as soon as possible. After we have shipped goods to you no delivery charges can be refunded. Once you have signed for goods you must notify us of any damages within 48 hours, or we cannot accept return of the item. It is your responsibility to check the items within this time period and either telephone or email us with the details of damage.
Weekend and Bank Holiday Delivery times
Deliveries before weekends and bank holidays if placed before 2pm the day before the weekend or bank holiday will be delivered on the same day any order after 2pm will be dispatched the day after the weekend or the bank holiday. Our courier service does not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
Returns
Any item that is delivered but unwanted can be returned within 28 days, and this will be at your own cost. We are happy to arrange the collection of the item as long as it's still in the original packaging and perfect condition. Any items being returned which are not in the original packaging will be subject to a repacking fee of 20% of the order value.
