We also hold the right to refuse sale of products to anyone who we suspect is going to break United Kingdom laws by growing plants that are illegal within the UK.

The GreenSpirit price match guarantee works on our discretion only, should you wish for a price match quote, please contact us via email or telephone. 

Carbon Filters

Please note, when purchasing carbon filters for your extractor fans, make sure that you match the filters air movement with your fans air movement. Greenspirit will not be responsible for any mistakes made by customers and will not refund or replace any filters bought and opened under these circumstances!

If in doubt, ask a trained member of staff and they will help you with your query.

Please note also: If you have purchased a carbon filter we cannot accept returns on carbon products that have been opened or used, this is due to the carbon within the filters, because when activated the carbon begins to degrade and the filters are more susceptible to damage, be It in your grow room or in transit.
