Propagation Nutrients And Boosters For Hydroponics
Starting a hydroponic garden using seeds or propagation cuttings can be difficult for people that are new to the idea of growing plants without the use of soil. They know that the root systems of the plants need to be well developed so that the plants can flourish.
Experienced hydroponic gardeners know that the addition of special propagation nutrients will cause the roots on the plants to grow and hasten the production of food or flowers. To help the initial root growth, some hydroponic gardeners will use propagation boosters such as rooting sponges or peat plugs.
They can be purchased as part of a propagation kit or alone. These plant boosters are made with the proper amount of the necessary plant propagation nutrients already in them. Once the grow boosters are soaked in water, they are ready to be used and they are easy to incorporate into hydroponic systems that use rock wool blocks or other media.
