By using a reflector, you are able to reclaim some of the lost light that would otherwise be shone on your growing tent or room walls and ceiling. Hydroponics Light Reflectors

A special type of reflector called the air cooled reflector, actually uses air flow to help keep down the level of heat that is emitted from the lighting.
